2024 Honda Accord and HR-V earn TSP+ Honors and CR-V, Odyssey and Pilot Earn TSP Recognition

Sullivan Honda is proud to share the news from Honda Motors that five models from the new 2024 lineup have earned Top Safety Pick honors from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safetys (IIHS), with two models achieving Top Safety Pick + status. This year's IIHS award criteria included a rigorous updated side crash test in which all five models notched the top level "GOOD" score.
2024 IIHS Top Safety Pick Plus Awards
The new 2024 Honda Accord and Honda HR-V were given Top Safety Pick + awards this year for their GOOD rating in the IIHS Updated Moderate Overlap Front Crash Test that more closely analyzes potential injuries of rear seat passengers due to variations in the position of the rear shoulder belt. Previous year's Moderate Overlap Front Crash Test only took into account potential injuries of front passengers. Advancement in cabin integrity and strength has allowed the IIHS to expand testing criteria to improve safety for all passengers, and Honda is leading the way for a better, safer future of driving.
